Refund and return policy

This policy explains when you may return EverGlow products purchased from Backrenew.world, how refunds are calculated, and which shipping or restocking rules may apply depending on product condition and regional consumer protection.

Scope

This policy applies to products bought directly from our official website or channels operated by Backrenew.ddd. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to those sellers’ policies, although mandatory consumer rights in your country may still apply.

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days after receiving physical goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Exceptions apply when goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery, where such an exception is permitted under Directive 2011/83/EU and local implementation.

Condition of returned goods

To qualify for a refund, items should be returned with original packaging when reasonably possible, including inserts and seals where applicable. We may deduct from refunds if the value of goods has diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to start a return

Email talk@backrenew.world with your order number, items you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or replacement when stock allows. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the warehouse address and any required return merchandise authorization code.

Refund processing time

After we receive and inspect the return, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within fourteen days unless a longer investigation is required—for example, suspected payment fraud or a dispute with the carrier. Banks may take additional days to post credits to your account.

Return shipping costs

Unless you received incorrect or damaged items due to our error, you are responsible for direct costs of returning goods unless applicable law requires us to bear those costs. We recommend tracked shipping and retaining proof of postage until the return is confirmed received.

Non-returnable situations

We may refuse returns that fall outside statutory cooling-off rights, such as goods mixed inseparably with other items, goods personalized at your request, or perishable products after the safe consumption window. Digital content may be non-refundable after download if you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal.

Defective or non-conforming goods

If an item is defective or not as described, you may have additional remedies under consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination depending on your jurisdiction. Contact us with photographs and batch information where visible on the label.
