EverGlow products are dietary supplements, not drugs, unless expressly stated otherwise on the label approved for your jurisdiction. Website descriptions, blog-style articles, and FAQs are for general information and do not replace individualized advice from a qualified professional. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly by production batch.
Orders, pricing, and acceptance
Displaying a product does not constitute an offer; your order is an offer to us. We may accept or decline orders for operational, legal, or stock reasons. Prices include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery timelines appear before you confirm payment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the charged amount according to our Refund Policy.
Shipping, title, and risk
Risk of loss passes in accordance with the Incoterm or carrier terms shown at checkout, or, if none is stated, when the package is handed to the carrier. Title to products passes upon full payment unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

Product descriptions, prices, and promotions on this website are presented in good faith and updated when we detect errors. For food supplements, we follow Regulation (EU) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims: we do not use unauthorized health claims in commercial communications.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes to another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Amsterdam have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to sue in your place of residence.
