Health and advertising notice

This page explains how EverGlow products are classified in the European Union and the Netherlands, what we do and do not claim, and how we aim to meet responsible advertising standards—including expectations relevant to online advertising platforms.

Product classification

EverGlow is marketed as a food supplement (dietary supplement), not as a medicinal product, medical device, or treatment. Food supplements are intended to supplement the normal diet. They are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

In the Netherlands, food supplements fall under food law enforced by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and applicable EU regulations. The EU register of authorized nutrition and health claims is maintained by the European Commission. Our communications are designed to stay within food information law and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Nutrition and health claims (EU Regulation 1924/2006)

Only nutrition and health claims that are authorized in the EU Register may be used in commercial communications for foods, including food supplements. Unless a specific authorized claim is clearly stated on the product label and in our materials for that product, we do not make disease-risk reduction claims, claims that refer to the prevention, treatment, or cure of human disease, or other non-authorized health claims.

General descriptions of lifestyle, routine, or product format (for example, capsule convenience or label clarity) are not presented as scientifically proven health outcomes.

Advertising responsibility

We aim to present information in a way that is truthful, balanced, and not misleading. That includes:

  • Clear identification of the advertiser (business name and contact details on this website).
  • No suggestion that a food supplement can replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • No guarantees of specific results; individual responses to food supplements vary.
  • Where prices or offers are shown, they are described in plain language together with applicable policies (Terms of Service, Refund Policy).
  • Reviews or ratings, where shown, are presented as individual or aggregate feedback and not as proof of efficacy for others.

Third-party advertising platforms

Online advertising services apply their own policies in addition to national and EU law. Landing pages used with such services are kept consistent with the product offer, include transparent business and contact information, and carry appropriate disclaimers for food supplements. Nothing on this website is intended to circumvent applicable platform rules or sector restrictions that may apply in your country.

Medical disclaimer

The information on this website is general in nature. It does not constitute medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for questions about your health, medications, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or chronic conditions before starting any supplement.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration where that wording applies to U.S. audiences. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
